RJ Clarke is an Atlanta-based visual artist whose vibrant work blends retro pop culture, street aesthetics, tattoo influence, and contemporary urban storytelling into energetic and nostalgic visual compositions. Originally born in England, Clarke draws inspiration from global travel, personal encounters, and the visual language of 1980s and 1990s cartoons, arcade games, and traditional tattoo flash.

Working across illustration, painting, photography, and videography, Clarke creates imagery that balances playful nostalgia with the layered complexity of modern city life. His work frequently combines bold color palettes, graphic iconography, and expressive character-driven visuals that reflect both childhood memory and contemporary cultural experience.

Active within Atlanta’s independent arts community, Clarke regularly contributes to collaborative exhibitions and creative events throughout the city. Through his multidisciplinary practice, he continues to build work rooted in movement, storytelling, and the enduring influence of pop culture and street-inspired visual language.
