Rebecca Scott is an Atlanta-based watercolor painter, printmaker, and educator whose whimsical works create vibrant microcosms filled with imagined creatures, botanical forms, and dreamlike environments. Drawing from a lifelong fascination with storytelling, nature, and imagination, Scott builds colorful visual worlds that balance playful fantasy with emotional warmth and evolving abstraction.

A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Printmaking, Scott works primarily in watercolor while also drawing from backgrounds in acrylic and oil painting. Her paintings frequently combine bright organic abstractions with delicate creatures and lush natural elements, creating immersive compositions designed to evoke curiosity, comfort, and joy.

Through both her artwork and teaching, she continues to cultivate spaces centered on imagination, emotional connection, and accessible creative expression.
