Holly Morningstar is an Atlanta-based pop surrealist artist, watercolorist, and fantasy illustrator whose whimsical imagery blends folklore, mythology, gaming culture, and nature-inspired symbolism. Known for her ethereal visual style and vibrant color palettes, Morningstar creates imaginative worlds populated by fantastical characters, animals, and dreamlike narratives.

Working across watercolor, illustration, tarot design, and character creation, her practice draws heavily from fantasy storytelling, fairy tales, tabletop gaming, and reptile iconography. Morningstar is especially recognized for creating The Crested Oracle, the first gecko-focused oracle deck, as well as her work on the Feral Hearts Tarot published by U.S. Games Systems and contributions to multiple 78 Tarot collaborative projects.
